SuG: Officially Resumes Activities

It’s official. SuG announced to resume their activities!

 The band announced at a surprise in live in Harajuku (20 september) , Tokyo, that they officially resume their activities!

Unfortunately there is no information on upcoming releases available but they've revealed the dates for their first lives after coming back from a hiatus that lasted one year. The first one will be a fan club live on October 12th and the first live that’s not fan club-limited will be on December 29th and is titled "SuG Onemanshow 2013 “update ver.0”".

DIR EN GREY's Die to participate in "Kyuukyoku no AniSong Live"

DIR EN GREY's Die to participate in "Kyuukyoku no AniSong Live" (Extreme Anime Song Live) 

Ryo Horikawa, the voice of Vegeta from Dragon Ball Z, is teaming up with music superstars for the "Kyuukyoku no AniSong Live" (Extreme Anime Song Live) event, which will be held at Live House BIRTH Shinjuku September 28th 2013. The band will have Horikawa on vocals, Die from Dir en grey (Baki the Grappler - http://tinyurl.com/6hkqt9) on guitar, Kei Kashiyama from MOON CHILD on drums, and Masahiko Okamoto from the now-defunct Angie on bass.

Also performing at the event will be a special band consisting of Tomohisa Kawazoe of Lindberg (5 Centimeters Per Second) on bass and vocals, and Maki Otsuki (One Piece, One Piece movie) on vocals; as well as a performance by Miwako Okuda (GTO, Le Chevalier D'Eon).

Gremlins: Reveals Details on Debut CD

Gremlins, Hitsugi's project, revealed details on its upcoming debut CD:

The title is "the Carnival" and it will be released on October 16th.
Type A for 2100 Yen includes three songs titled "the Carnival", "to die" and "INSANE" and comes with a DVD featuring the PV for "the Carnival". 

Type B costs 1575 Yen and includes the same three tracks and an additional song that turns out to be hide's "DICE". Gremlins will cover this song for this CD.

ex-DELUHI's Juri to Release First Solo Album

Ex-DELUHI's Vocalist Juri announced the release of his first solo CD titled "Blanche"!

The release date is finalized for November 27th and the mini-album will come in two versions. Both versions will cost 2415 Yen each and will include 6 tracks. If you're missing DELUHI then you should definitely take a closer look at the sixth tracks! The final song of this mini-album will be a DELUHI cover. 

Type A includes a cover of "shade" and Type B a cover of "Remember the rain"!

And he will be the vocal of a special Halloween band "JAYAS" that will perform on October 29th. The members are::

EAT YOU ALIVE - Final Releases

A few months ago this band announced the very sad news that they will be disbanding on December 30th this year. They are giving us fans all over the world three final releases before then. Two best albums and one new single.

All three of these releases will come out on November 27th. The two albums are titled  " Malus " and " Nkhsh "(pronounced as Nahash) and the last single is titled " Key ". The two albums will cost 3200yen each and their single, which includes four songs will cost 1900yen. The track lists are available already but song order has yet to be finalized.

GAKIDO: Dr.TOSSY leaves the band and goes on hiatus

GAKIDO just updated their blogs with sad news: Drummer TOSSY will depart from the band.

All of the members are very sorry for this sudden announcement but no matter how often they discussed the situation they couldn't solve the problem. In the end TOSSY decided to leave the band after their one man live at Shinjuku BLAZE on November 30th. 

The reason for his departure is musical differences.

But as if this wasn't enough GAKIDO announced to go on hiatus after the said live. They hope to be back soon and that their fans will wait for them.
