It has been announced that the 45th single [Akatsukizukuyo -Day Breakers-] ( gackt-announces-new-single) will be the theme song for the smartphone game [3594e -Sengokushi Eiga-] by Square Enix, which will be released this fall.

He will be the image character which symbolises the game.

Selia: release 2nd song

After the release of [ Lamento della Ninfa], Selia has released a second song [Usurpator Tiranno].
Always composition in the Baroque style, the structure is similar to the song [Lamento della Ninfa], but here he used a technique called "Basso Ostinato".

The Ostinato is a short musical motif, which is repeated to the bitter end without changing pitch and rhythm.
Most of the time, this is for the bass,for this it called  ostinato bass.
The Ostinato creates an effect of static, and set of detachment compared to the other parties, in particular to the melody.

Music arranged by Sho (from Lacroix Despheres), who had previously worked for one of his songs (「Eden without Eve」) for the project SEILLEN.

DAIGO has  announced  his new single "CHANGE!! / Shinpaishou na Kanojo" that  will be released on September 10th, in 3 different versions:

Limited Edition A: will include a DVD with the MV and off-shot footage for "CHANGE!!"

TSUKASA: release first single with his solo project

TSUKASA , drummer of  THE MICRO HEAD 4N'S , had opened a new Twitter account to support his solo career as enka singer ( while continuing activities as a member of THE MICRO HEAD 4N'S.).

The term enka refers to a type of popular music more melodramatic, related to themes like love, loss (of love), the loneliness, the hardships of life, and even suicide and death.

METEOROID: Gt. Yutori leaves the group

METEOROID announced that their guitarist Yutori will leave the band later this month.

The members pointed out that after countless conversations this is the result they've come to. Yutori commented on the reason:

"To put it very simple, it's "difference in direction". [...] You live your life only once. It's sad that if the things you want to do are different and your ways part but that's reality. If there's one last thing for me to say... From now on as well I will always like METEOROID, the members and everyone. I'd be happy if you continued supporting METEOROID".

There will be only two performances left with Yutori, the last one will be his and guitarist machi's birthday live on September 27th.
