Some Kansai-based bands announced that they've formed "NANIWA VKei Rengougun" ( "Naniwa" is a part of Osaka, "VKei" is the abbreviation for "Visual Kei" and "rengougun" can be translated as "allied forces".) and will celebrate its formation with a live and an omibus album.

"NANIWA VKei Rengougun" are 11 bands: Crimson Shiva, Zin, tatoeba konna hanashi, BIOSPHIA, FEST VAINQUEUR, Minus Jin-say Orchestra, Lin -the end of corruption world-, LUCHe., the Raid., RevleZ and Royz.
These 11 bands aren't from the same label and some of them aren't even based in Kansai anymore but that's where they've started their activities.
On July 4th all bands will perform together at Osaka BIG CAT to create unforgettable memories and on June 25th these bands will release an omnibus album.
This album is "yougenkyou -WEST-" with new songs of the bands.
