MAXIMUM THE HORMONE:Their Song For New Dragon Ball Movie

It is announced that the song "F" of MAXIMUN HORMONE, released on 2008, will be the theme song of new DRAGON BALL's movie.

The new Dragon Ball movie chronicles the revival of Frieza and his revenge against the Saiyans with the aid of his servants Sorbet and Tagoma.

The choice of the song "F" is significant, in fact it can be explained in two ways, which are connected:
1- Akira Toriyama ( Dragon Ball creator)  has revealed that he came up with the storyline as he was listening to "F".
2- Songwriter Ryo acknowledged that the song is indeed about the villain Frieza and that it stemmed out of his reading the Dragon Ball manga.

 MAXIMUM THE HORMONE's Maximum The Ryo-kun had been hospitalized the past week, but now from the official site we know that he was discharged.

Although his symptoms subsided enough to warrant the discharge, the singer will still need to rest for the time being.

MAXIMUM THE HORMONE's Maximum The Ryo-kun has been admitted to the hospital after being diagnosed with meningitis.

On November 7, Maximum The Ryo-kun began experiencing unusually painful headaches. He went to the hospital for a check up and was diagnosed with meningitis.

The singer has been admitted to the hospital and will be staying there for at least 2 weeks. The band's scheduled appearances on November 12, 13, and 16 have all been cancelled due to his illness.

The band has stated that it will update fans of Ryo-kun's condition when he is released from the hospital. The band's activities will resume after he has completely recovered.

MAXIMUM THE HORMONE announced  a one-man live at Best Buy Theater in New York on October 27th.
