If you do not do it now, I might never be able to do more in the future. How many times will I still sing in front of everyone? The more I thought the more I became frustrated and began to accumulate in the schedule of live dates on dates.
I've tried to live so you do not have any regrets, and I sent my feelings in the songs. Sometimes I could not sleep for worry. But in every live, to see the fans having fun, their smiles and encouragement, it was so nice to make me forget every thing. For me, singing is a moment that embodies happiness above all else. "Ho scoperto di avere questa malattia 8 anni fa, e ho sempre avuto dolori, ma negli ultimi anni si è aggravato il dolore alla mandibola accompagnato da sintomi che hanno cominciato ad accadere spesso come emicrania cronica, vertigini, tensione dei muscoli intorno alla mandibola, rigidità ai muscoli delle spalle, orecchie che fischiano.
Il disordine craniomandibolare è una malattia cronica. Per ogni persona cambiano i sintomi, ma nel mio caso ogni volta che apro e chiudo la bocca, l'impatto e sfregamento della mandibola superiore con la mandibola inferiore mi causa dolori e vari altri sintomi.
Inizialmente era un dolore sopportabile ma con gli anni si è aggravato.
Ho provato diversi metodi per alleviare il dolore e curare i diversi sintomi, ma facendo i raggi X mi è stato detto che se dovesse peggiorare ancora l'unica soluzione sarebbe operare e inserire delle viti nella mandibola. Anche facendo l'operazione non c'è nessuna garanzia che io riesca a cantare come adesso. Pensavo di poter portare a termine il tour delle 47 prefetture senza problemi, ma nel mezzo del tour ho cominciato ad avere dolori violenti fino al punto di dovermi consultare con gli altri membri. E così sono arrivato all'amara conclusione che continuando così non potevo andare avanti.
Gli altri membri hanno compreso la mia situazione e i miei sentimenti, e mi hanno consigliato di fare delle cure.
Continuando una band a lungo sono molti i casi in cui si crea discordia tra i membri, ma i membri dei D sono dei compagni importantissimi che si rispettano l'un l'altro, e sono in grado di combattere fianco a fianco.
Avere incontrato dei membri simili, e creare musica sono una felicità che non ha paragoni, e credo che sia appropriato per essere l'ultima band della mia vita.
Passato l'importante passo dei 10 anni, siamo arrivati a 11 anni e mezzo... In un'epoca dal ritmo vertiginoso, i D hanno sempre continuato a correre diretti verso il futuro. Ogni momento di questi anni è fissato nel profondo del mio cuore. Ma continuando a cantare con questo ritmo, è certo che in un futuro prossimo dovrò smettere di cantare. Quindi ho dovuto cancellare tutti i miei impegni dell'anno prossimo.
Ho deciso di spiegare nei dettagli quale fosse la ragione di questa pausa, in modo da non creare ulteriori disagi lasciando i fan perplessi e senza spiegazioni.
Visto che nè io nè i medici sappiamo quando non sarò più in grado di cantare, ho deciso di continuare a farlo finché posso, e in questa mia decisione devo essere stato un po' avventato. Per questo adesso devo impegnarmi al meglio per fare tutto quello che è in mio potere.
Se non lo faccio adesso, potrei non riuscire mai più a farlo in futuro. Quante volte potrò ancora cantare davanti a tutti? Più ci pensavo più diventavo frustrato, e cominciavo ad accumulare nello schedule dei live date su date.
Ho cercato di vivere in modo da non avere nessun rimpianto, e ho trasmesso i miei sentimenti nelle canzoni. A volte non riuscivo a dormire per la preoccupazione. Nel mondo ci sono tante persone affette da malattie incurabili, o coinvolte in incidenti o guerre, che vivono con tutte le loro forze rischiando la propria vita. Io vivo in questo modo, e fino a ieri sono riuscito a cantare davanti a tutti voi. Questa è una cosa che mi riempie di gioia. Cos'è la felicità, e cos'è l'infelicità?
Per ogni persona è diverso, ma essere vivi è una felicità che si può sostituire difficilmente. Anche io voglio vivere con forza, assaporando ogni giorno. E voglio fare tesoro di ogni singolo giorno che mi rimane della mia vita limitata da cantante.
Questo è quello che penso.
Ho continuato le attività dei D sperando che diventasse un'esistenza che proteggesse sempre tutti quanti. Volevo che fosse un luogo in cui chiunque potesse tornare da benvenuto anche se avesse deciso di andarsene.
Sono profondamente dispiaciuto dal fatto di non avere potuto mantenere la promessa e di avervi rattristati. Tutti voi, i membri, lo staff... tutti coloro che hanno festeggiato il mio compleanno, che mi hanno rivolto parole affettuose, lettere, fiori, regali... se penso ai sentimenti con cui mi avete rivolto queste attenzioni mi si stringe il cuore. Durante il live di ieri, quando mi avete festeggiato, sapendo che poco dopo sarebbe arrivato l'annuncio, non sono riuscito a parlare.
Dal palco ho visto le vostre espressioni tristi e le vostre lacrime. Questa è la musica che ho cantato con l'intento di portare gioia e dare una mano a chi era immerso nel dolore. Ma questo annuncio, sia per me stesso che per i membri, che per tutta la gente che ama i D, è un annuncio importante ma non è una decisione presa con l'intento di far finire i D. Perché noi D siamo una band che se potesse continuerebbe a suonare insieme all'infinito. Ma ormai la situazione è questa, e finito quest'anno comincerò le cure. In modo da poter continuare i D ancora per un po', e tornare davanti a voi in 5.
