DAIGO & Kitagawa Keiko: Wedding ceremony

DAIGO e Kitagawa Keiko avevano annunciato il loro matrimonio all'inizio dell'anno ed il 29 Aprile hanno tenuto la loro cerimonia.
Dopo però il terremoto di Kumamoto, la coppia aveva anche pensato di rinviare ma con il sostegno di tutti hanno deciso di mantenere la data prefissata.
Durante il ricevimento, DAIGO eseguito il suo nuovo brano "KSK", che sta per "Kekkon Shite Kudasai" (Si prega di sposarmi). Ha proposto di Kitagawa per la seconda volta di fronte a circa 500 ospiti provenienti da mondo dello spettacolo e della politica.
Tra gli ospiti naturalmente i compagni SHINPEI e AKIHIDE e e vari amici  come Yasu, Hyde .

DAIGO and Kitagawa Keiko had announced their wedding earlier this year and April 29 held their ceremony.
But after the earthquake of Kumamoto, the couple had also thought of postponing but with the support of all decided to keep the target date.
During the reception, DAIGO performed her new song "KSK", which stands for "Kekkon Shite Kudasai" (Please marry me). Kitagawa has proposed for the second time in front of around 500 guests from the world of entertainment and politics.
Among the guests of course the comrades Shinpei and Akihide and and several friends as Yasu, Hyde.

DAIGO (Breakerz) announces marriage

On October 7, it was discovered that the actress Kitagawa Keiko (29) and the talent Daigo (37) will get married in January of next year.
 The length of their relationship has been about a year and a half. Daigo proposed on Kitagawa’s birthday August 22, right before he ran Nihon Terebi’s “24 Hour TV” marathon. For the sake of starting off fresh in the new year, they chose the beginning of January for the wedding date.


Daigo proposed right before the “24 Hour Terebi” marathon. Because he was to run the marathon on Kitagawa’s August 22 birthday, he threw a birthday party beforehand. Kitagawa rushed over to support him, but what was waiting for her was the surprise of her life. While the excitement of celebrating her birthday still swelled, Daigo expressed that he wanted to spend his life with her, and there she gave her OK.

During the May interview where he decided to take the challenge of running the marathon, Daigo said, “There are some people who consider finishing the race to be the best present, but I want to properly prepare a birthday present.” He decided to give the person he loved the most the present of a proposal.

Before the proposal, Daigo went to personally greet Kitagawa’s parents to ensure the future. Kitagawa also went to meet Daigo’s parents after the marriage was decided. Last month on the 26th both families met. At the final performance for the BREAKERZ, the band that Daigo fronts, Kitagawa went with Daigo’s sister and mother and talked with them in the green room.

The day that the couple chose to get married is in the beginning of January. A friend explained, “They are thinking that they want to start the year off fresh.”

The two met when they co-starred on the 2011 drama “Lady.” They hit it off during a variety program in January of last year, and that Spring they began a relationship. Last November Sponichi reported their relationship.

DAIGO: Voice actor for the anime of "Love Stage!!"

Kadokawa Anime Channel on YouTube has released the first promotional video anime adaptation of "Love Stage!!", inspired from the manga of love between boys, written by  Elki Elki and illustrated by Taishi Zaou.

From the official website of the anime comes the news that the cast of voice actors there will also be DAIGO, BREAKERZ's singer and younger brother of the writer of the manga Eiki Eiki, which will give voice to  Sena Shougo (the tall blond guy in the background).

Of cast are also Yonaga Tsubasa and Takuya Eguchi, respectively, in the title roles Ryoma Ichijo and Sena Izumi, Daisuke Hirakawa will be Sagara Rei, Ryutaro Okiayu will instead Seiya Sena, Sayaka Ohara will play Nagisa Yamamoto and  Kazutomi Sena will give voice to Kosuke Sotomura, the latter will also sing the ending theme "CLICK yOUR HEART!", while the opening song "LΦVEST" will be  by the SCREEN mode.

The broadcast on Japanese television networks Tokyo MX and  Sun TV is scheduled on July 9, in other stations broadcast the first episode will last until July 15 instead.

AKIHIDE: Release Instrumental Album

In 2013 the members of BREAKERZ started their own solo project.

 Guitarist AKIHIDE has already released his first album "Amber" back in June. 

His second album will follow this October!

It is titled "Lapis Lazuli" and is scheduled to drop on October 30th. The difference to "Amber" is that the second album will include only instrumental versions of his songs because he wants to focus on his position as guitarist.
The album comes in two different types. The Limited Edition costs 3700 Yen and comes with a photo booklet (48 pages), the Regular Edition costs 3059 Yen and is CD-only.

AKIHIDE (BREAKERZ) : 1st solo single "Amber"

 

A few weeks ago, Akihide, BREAKERZ guitarist announced his new solo project with the release of his first album, "Amber".

  The album will be released on June 5 in two editions, a regular will contain a bonus track called "hoshi no ouji-sama", and limited it will come with a DVD containing the music video for "hoshi no Kyousoukyoku" and exclusive material the recording of the album.

BREAKERZ' Members to Start Solo Projects This Spring!

New Great info from BREAKERZ's members for Spring 2013!!!

 It has been revealed that all three members of BREAKERZ - DAIGO, AKIHIDE and SHINPEI - will be starting their individual solo projects this year in spring. This has been announced at their NHK Hall performance in Tokyo on February 27th after the show. The performance had been an additional gig to their recent nationwide tour "BREAKERZ LIVE TOUR 2013 'BEST' -HALL COLLECTION-".

SHINPEI will be getting together with his new band "MUSCLE ATTACK", which will have its first performance on May 11th at the Roppongi morph Tokyo, while AKIHIDE will be releasing his first solo album "AMBER" before also going on tour. 

DAIGO will first be celebrating his birthday party at Zepp DiverCity on April 8th and then will hold a one-night only live performance as "DAIGO STARDUST" at Shibuya Koukaidou on July 12th.

There seems to be much to do this year for the BREAKERZ members, so keep your eyes open!
