AWAKE: LIVE DVD RELEASE

Awake will release their first live DVD titled "☆Welcome☆to☆SWAAAAAAAG☆！！！～Re:start 0～2014.1.7 TSUTAYA O-WEST" on March 26th, which will include DVD (including scenes of their one-man live "☆Welcome☆to☆SWAAAAAAAG☆！！！～Re:start 0～" at TSUTAYA O-West on January 7th)+booklet.

That live DVD has been available for ordering through their official web-shop on March 14th, through which special DVD (including live digest and off-shot) will be enclose.

AWAKE: BEST ALBUM RELEASE

It was announced by Awake  that their best album "THANX" will be released on March 19th, although details have not yet been announced.

By the way they will hold their one-man live tour "It's the end GOOD☆LUCK☆BABYS"...at first sight the title of the one-man live tour and the release of a best album may relate to bad news, but they have opened their official fan-club "BABYS" on January 7th so, we're not sure...

AWAKE: New Bassist, Open Fan Club and Release Best Album

In the end of last year Visual Kei band Awake turned into a four-member band due to the departure of bassist FUGA (due to differences in directions). 

But now they've found a new bassist!

The new member's name is "oluna" and he acted as support bassist since December 2013. On February 23rd he will officially join the band at their live at Ikebukuro EDGE.

Moreover, Awake has opened its official fan club "BABYS" on January 7th. This announcement and the fact that they'll gain a new bassist gives hope to everyone who feared the end of this band after some other announcements: 

Earlier this month the band revealed their plans for a best album titled "THANX". 

t is scheduled to be released on March 19th and includes 15 songs. 

The price is 3990 Yen. Furthermore, they had revealed a live tour with a title that made fans think even more about an upcoming sad announcement: "It's the end GOOD☆LUCK☆BABYS".

Awake: New Single to be Released on Christmas

And more CDs for your Christmas wish list: Visual Kei band Awake will release their new single "NEXT...6" this Christmas, on December 25th.

It comes in two editions: The Limited Edition includes the songs "kodou", "hot milk" and "BRAVE NEW WORLD" and comes with a DVD including the PV for "kodou". The Regular Edition is CD-only and includes the same songs and one additional song titled "zutto".

The single will be their first release as four-member band since bassist FUGA has decided to leave the band after their current tour. (fuga-leave-band )

It has been announced that after their SPLIT TOUR final on October 30th at Shibuya O-WEST their Bassist FUGA is going to leave the band due to musical differences.
The whole band is very sorry for this result and hopes their fans will continue to support them.
