Per celebrare lo svolgimento della manifestazione 『GLAY LiB CAFE HAPPY HALLOWEEN 2016, l'evento a tema Halloween dei GLAY, il cantante TERU la canzone che ha fatto da sigla per l'evento in collaborazione con HSMS (GLAY・HISASHI×DJ Mass MAD Izm*).

La canzona intitolata 「Welcome To The Halloween Town」è stata rilasciata il 15 Ottobre.
Nel CD è contenute 8 tracce, più MV e un libretto.
Inoltre è stato rilasciato il video musicale realizzato con l'animazione di mostri adorabili e inquietante.

To celebrate the holding of the event 「GLAY LiB CAFE HAPPY HALLOWEEN 2016, the event theme of Halloween GLAY, vocalist TERU the song that was the theme song for the event in collaboration with HSMS (GLAY · HISASHI × DJ Mass MAD Izm *).

The song titled 「Welcome To The Halloween Town」 was released on October 15.
